Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Huldah collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’ve written it in plain language. If anything is unclear, email us at [privacy@huldah.app].

Huldah is operated by Magenta Collective LLC, doing business as Huldah [confirm DBA is registered], based in Eugene, Oregon. In this policy, “Huldah,” “we,” “our,” and “us” mean Magenta Collective LLC. “You” means anyone who visits huldah.app or uses our platform.

1. Who this policy covers

Huldah is a platform people use to build their own websites, courses, communities, and email lists. That means there are two kinds of people whose information we handle:

Our customers. People who visit huldah.app, start a trial, create a free link page, or sign up for a paid plan. For this information, we decide how it’s used, and this policy applies in full.

Our customers’ audiences. When you join a course, sign up for an email list, buy a product, or post in a community built on Huldah, you’re sharing your information with the creator who runs it, not with us directly. We store and process that information on the creator’s behalf and follow their instructions. The creator’s own privacy policy explains how they use it. If you have questions or want your information changed or deleted, contact that creator first. If you can’t reach them, contact us and we’ll help where we can.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account details: name, email address, phone number, business name, and password
  • Billing details: billing address and payment information. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Content you create: pages, courses, emails, posts, uploaded files, and anything else you build in your account
  • Brand details you save, such as fonts, colors, and brand voice notes
  • Messages you send us through chat, email, or support tickets
  • Answers to surveys, quizzes, and forms on huldah.app, including the Unpaid Creator Quiz
  • Information you share when you join a group training call or post in the Huldah community

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser information, IP address, and general location (city or region)
  • Pages you visit, links you click, and how you use the platform
  • Email engagement, such as whether an email from us was opened or a link was clicked
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see section 6)

Information from connected services When you connect another service to Huldah, such as a social media account, Google Business Profile, calendar, Zoom, or a payment processor, we receive the information needed to make that connection work. For example, connecting Instagram lets us post on your behalf and bring comments and messages into your inbox. You choose what to connect, and you can disconnect at any time.

3. How we use your information

We use information to:

  • Create and run your account, and provide the features in your plan
  • Process payments, trials, renewals, and refunds
  • Respond to your questions and provide support
  • Run the AI guide and AI features you choose to use (see section 4)
  • Send you account and billing notices, which you can’t opt out of while your account is open
  • Send you updates, tips, and offers, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
  • Deliver group training and host the Huldah community
  • Understand how people use Huldah so we can fix problems and improve it
  • Keep Huldah secure and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse
  • Meet our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. AI features

Huldah includes an AI guide and other AI tools that help with setup, pages, emails, and customer support. When you use them, the information you enter, and the account content needed to complete the request, is sent to our AI service providers to generate a response.

  • We use AI providers that do not use your content to train their public models [confirm with each provider’s current terms].
  • AI agents on the Unlimited plan are trained on the offer details and knowledge base you give them. They use that material only to answer questions for your account.
  • The AI guide always identifies itself as AI.

You can choose not to use AI features and build from templates instead.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only as needed to run Huldah:

  • Service providers who host, operate, and support the platform on our behalf. These include our core platform provider (HighLevel), payment processing (Stripe and any other processor you connect), email and text message delivery, AI providers, website hosting, and analytics. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Services you connect. When you link a social account, payment processor, calendar, or other tool, we share what’s needed to make it work.
  • People on your team. Team members you add to your account can see what their access allows.
  • Affiliates you work with. If you join a creator’s affiliate program, or someone signs up through your referral link, the creator can see the referral and commission details.
  • Legal and safety reasons. We may share information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Huldah, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers. If Huldah is sold, merged, or reorganized, information may transfer to the new owner, who must keep honoring this policy.

Text messages: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers who help us deliver messages, such as our text messaging provider. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember your settings, understand how people use huldah.app, and measure whether our marketing is working.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of Huldah, such as signing in, won’t work without them.

7. How long we keep information

  • While your account is open, we keep your information so we can provide the platform.
  • After you cancel, we keep your account content for [30] days so you can export it or come back. After that, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you, unless we’re required to keep it longer.
  • Billing and tax records are kept as long as the law requires, usually up to seven years.
  • Backups may hold deleted information for a short period before they’re overwritten.

8. How we protect information

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure payment processing through Stripe, and access controls on our systems. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee security. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we’ll notify you as the law requires.

Keep your password private and use a strong one. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

9. Your choices and rights

Everyone can:

  • Update your account details in your settings at any time
  • Export your content before you cancel
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email
  • Stop text messages by replying STOP
  • Ask us to delete your account and personal information

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy
  • Correct information that’s wrong
  • Delete your information
  • Opt out of targeted advertising or any sale of personal information (we don’t sell it)
  • Appeal if we deny a request

This includes rights under state privacy laws such as those in Oregon and California, and under the GDPR if you’re in the European Union or United Kingdom.

To make a request, email [privacy@huldah.app]. We’ll confirm your identity before acting on it and respond within the time the law requires, usually 45 days. We won’t treat you differently for using your rights.

If you’re a member, student, or subscriber of a creator on Huldah, send your request to that creator. We’ll support them in responding.

10. Children

Huldah is not meant for children. You must be 18 or older to create a Huldah account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, email [privacy@huldah.app] and we’ll delete it.

Creators who build courses or communities for people under 18 are responsible for getting any parental consent the law requires.

11. International users

Huldah is based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the United States. If you use Huldah from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred here.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Huldah grows. If we make a significant change, we’ll email account holders and post a notice in the platform before it takes effect. The effective date at the top always shows the latest version.
