Terms & Conditions

Effective date: [Month Day, 2026]

These terms are the agreement between you and Huldah when you use huldah.app or our platform. We’ve kept them as plain as we can. Please read them, because by creating an account or using Huldah, you agree to them.

Huldah is operated by Magenta Collective LLC, doing business as Huldah [confirm DBA is registered], based in Eugene, Oregon. “Huldah,” “we,” “our,” and “us” mean Magenta Collective LLC. “You” means the person or business using Huldah.

Our [Privacy Policy] explains how we handle personal information and is part of these terms.

1. What Huldah is

Huldah is an all-in-one platform for building your website, link page, courses, community, email marketing, and payments. It includes an AI guide that helps with setup, plus group training, a help library, and support from real people.

We may add, change, or retire features over time. If we remove a major feature from your plan, we’ll tell you ahead of time.

2. Who can use Huldah

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • If you sign up for a business or organization, you confirm you have the authority to agree to these terms on its behalf.
  • You may not use Huldah if you’ve been banned from it before, or if the law doesn’t allow you to use it.

3. Your account

  • Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password private. You’re responsible for everything that happens in your account, including actions by team members you add.
  • Tell us right away at [support@huldah.app] if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

4. Plans, trials, and billing

Free link page. The free link page costs nothing and has no time limit. We may place a small Huldah badge on free pages.

Free trial. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. [Confirm: card required at signup?] If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts and your card is charged automatically for the plan you chose.

Automatic renewal. Paid plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly depending on what you chose, until you cancel. Your card is charged at the start of each billing period at the price shown when you signed up, unless we’ve told you about a price change (see below). We’ll email a reminder before a yearly plan renews.

Canceling. You can cancel anytime in your account settings [confirm location], or by emailing [support@huldah.app]. Canceling stops your next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Refunds. [Choose one and delete the others:]

  • [Option A: Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires. Cancel before your trial ends and you won’t be charged.]
  • [Option B: If you’re unhappy with a yearly plan, email us within 30 days of payment for a full refund. Monthly payments are non-refundable.]
  • [Option C: Email us within 7 days of any charge and we’ll review refund requests case by case.]

Usage charges. Some features cost more the more you use them, such as text messages, phone calls, email sends above your plan’s allowance, and some AI features. These are billed separately based on your use. Current rates are listed [in your account / on our pricing page — confirm]. You can see your usage in your account at any time.

Contact limits. Each plan includes a set number of contacts. If you go over, we’ll let you know so you can remove contacts or upgrade [confirm: or pay an overage rate].

One-time setup help and add-ons. One-time services, such as an onboarding call or email setup, are charged once and are non-refundable once the work has started. Monthly add-ons renew with your plan and can be canceled anytime.

Price changes. We may change our prices. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before a new price applies to you, and it will take effect at your next renewal. If you don’t want to pay the new price, you can cancel before then.

Taxes. Prices don’t include sales tax or other taxes that may apply.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we’ll try again and email you. If it still can’t be collected after [14] days, we may pause your account until it’s paid.

5. Your content stays yours

Everything you create or upload to Huldah, including your courses, pages, emails, posts, images, and your message, belongs to you.

You give us permission to host, store, copy, display, and send your content only as needed to run Huldah for you. For example, we need to store your course videos so your students can watch them. This permission ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies kept in backups for a short time or where the law requires us to keep them.

We won’t use your content to advertise Huldah without asking you first.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you put on Huldah, and that it doesn’t violate anyone else’s rights.

6. Your audience and your responsibilities

When you use Huldah to collect emails, sell products, send texts, or run a community, you’re responsible for how you treat the people in your audience. That means:

  • Have your own privacy policy and terms on your site that explain how you use your audience’s information.
  • Get permission before you email or text anyone. Only add contacts who have agreed to hear from you. Don’t upload purchased or scraped lists.
  • Follow the laws that apply to you, including email marketing laws (such as CAN-SPAM), text message and calling laws (such as the TCPA), and privacy laws in the places your audience lives.
  • Honor unsubscribe and STOP requests promptly. Huldah handles most of this automatically, but don’t work around it.
  • Complete text message registration (A2P 10DLC) before sending texts, if you use text marketing. We’ll walk you through it.
  • Keep your promises to your buyers. Deliver what you sell, and handle your own refunds, customer service, and sales tax.

We act as your service provider for your audience’s information. If one of your contacts asks us about their data, we’ll direct them to you.

7. Selling on Huldah

When you sell products, courses, memberships, or events through Huldah, the sale is between you and your buyer. Huldah is not a party to it.

  • Payments go through the payment processor you connect, such as Stripe or PayPal. Their terms and fees apply, and payouts come from them, not from us.
  • You’re responsible for your own pricing, refunds, chargebacks, and taxes.
  • We don’t promise income. Huldah gives you the tools to launch and sell. What you earn depends on you, your audience, and your offer. Nothing in our marketing, training, or AI guide is a promise or prediction of results.

8. AI features

Huldah’s AI guide and AI tools help you set up pages, emails, payment plans, automations, and customer support.

  • Review everything before you publish it. AI can make mistakes, misunderstand a request, or produce something that isn’t quite right. You’re responsible for what you publish and send.
  • AI content you create is yours, under the same terms as the rest of your content (section 5). We can’t guarantee that AI-generated content is unique or free of anyone else’s rights.
  • AI agents you set up to talk to your customers (Unlimited plan) speak on your behalf. Train them on accurate information and make sure your audience knows they’re talking to AI.
  • The AI guide isn’t a professional advisor. It doesn’t give legal, tax, financial, or medical advice.

9. What you can’t do on Huldah

To keep Huldah safe and trustworthy for everyone, you may not use it to:

  • Break any law, or help someone else break one
  • Send spam, or email or text people who haven’t agreed to hear from you
  • Sell illegal products or services, or anything our payment processors prohibit
  • Share content that infringes someone’s copyright, trademark, or other rights
  • Harass, threaten, or promote violence or hatred against anyone
  • Share sexually explicit content, or any content that sexualizes minors
  • Mislead people, including fake reviews, fake testimonials, false income claims, or pretending to be someone else
  • Collect credentials or payment details under false pretenses
  • Upload viruses or malicious code, or try to break into Huldah or anyone’s account
  • Overload the platform, scrape it, or copy it to build a competing product
  • Resell Huldah without our written permission

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules. For serious or repeated problems, we may close it.

10. Connected services

Huldah connects with other services, such as social media platforms, Google, Zoom, Stripe, PayPal, and WordPress. When you connect one, its own terms apply to your use of it. We’re not responsible for those services, and if one changes or stops working with Huldah, some features may change too.

Huldah is built on technology from third-party providers, including HighLevel. Your use of Huldah may also be subject to limits those providers set.

11. WordPress hosting

If you add WordPress hosting, we host your site on our servers and keep the core software updated. Unless you have a care plan, you’re responsible for your site’s content, themes, and plugins. We may restrict a site that puts other sites or our servers at risk. Keep your own backups as well as ours.

12. Training, community, and support

Group training, live calls, strategy calls, and the Huldah community are included with paid plans as described on our pricing page.

  • Training is educational. It isn’t legal, tax, financial, or business advice for your specific situation.
  • Be kind in the community. Keep other members’ posts and personal details private. Community rules may be posted separately and are part of these terms.
  • Live calls may be recorded and shared with members who couldn’t attend. We’ll tell you before recording.
  • Support is available by chat and email. [Confirm response times and hours.]

13. Affiliate programs

Your affiliate program (Pro and Unlimited). If you run your own affiliate program on Huldah, you set the terms, and you’re responsible for paying your affiliates and following the laws that apply, including disclosure rules.

Huldah’s affiliate program. [If you offer one, link its separate terms here.]

14. Huldah’s property

Huldah’s software, design, templates, training materials, name, logo, and brand belong to us. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own business while your account is active.

You may use our templates to build your own pages and courses. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our templates, training, or software on their own.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without paying you or owing you anything.

15. Copyright complaints

If you believe something on Huldah infringes your copyright, email [copyright@huldah.app] with:

  • The work you believe was copied
  • Where the material appears (a link, if possible)
  • Your name and contact information
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own the copyright or are authorized to act for the owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

We’ll review the notice and remove the material if appropriate. We may close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.

[Consider registering a DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. It costs $6 and gives you added legal protection for content your customers post.]

16. Suspending or closing accounts

You can close your account anytime.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, don’t pay, or put Huldah, other customers, or the public at risk. When we can, we’ll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. We may act right away for serious violations, such as fraud, spam, or illegal content.

After your account closes, you’ll have [30] days to export your content. After that, we may delete it permanently. Sections of these terms that should last beyond your account, such as sections 7, 14, and 17 through 20, continue to apply.

17. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep Huldah running well, but we provide it “as is” and “as available.” We can’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or meet every need. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don’t guarantee any business, sales, audience, or income results from using Huldah.

18. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, such as lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities, even if we knew they were possible.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to Huldah is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Some places don’t allow these limits, so some may not apply to you.

19. Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of your content, your products, how you treated your audience, or your breaking these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees, and any damages we have to pay.

20. Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem with Huldah, please email us at [support@huldah.app] first. Most issues can be solved quickly that way, and we’ll try in good faith for at least 30 days before either of us takes formal action.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lane County, Oregon, and you and we agree to those courts’ jurisdiction. [Ask your attorney whether to add an arbitration clause and class action waiver instead.]

21. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Huldah grows. If we make a significant change, we’ll email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Huldah after that, you accept the new terms. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before they take effect.

22. Text messages from Huldah

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may send account alerts, reminders, and support messages [confirm: and marketing messages].

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

23. Everything else

  • These terms, our Privacy Policy, and any plan details you agree to at signup are the whole agreement between us about Huldah.
  • If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we don’t enforce part of these terms right away, we can still enforce it later.
  • You can’t transfer your account or these terms to someone else without our permission. We may transfer them if Huldah is sold or reorganized.
  • We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as outages at our providers, natural disasters, or internet failures.
